The account of the Iranian nation is separate from the government
The secretariat says the Middle East will not breathe easily while the Islamic Republic and the Revolutionary Guards hold power, and that the Iranian people are not enemies of Israel.
So long as the government of the Islamic Republic and the Revolutionary Guards are in power in Iran, the Middle East will never draw an easy breath.
The world must understand that Khamenei and the Revolutionary Guards are behind Hamas’s terrorist attack, and that this cannot be denied.
The people of Iran have no enmity with Israel. They are, rather, the historic friends of the Jewish people in the Middle East.
Iran has been the home of Jews for thousands of years, and nearly one million Iranian-born Jews, with their children and families, live in Israel.
Even at the hardest time of repression and killing, the children of the people of Iran, speaking for them, on 8 October, one day after Hamas’s cowardly terrorist attack on Israel, shouted in Azadi Stadium that their account is separate from the government. They began the chant with “down with the Palestinian flag,” in the wording called out that day, and made this separation known to all the people of the world.
