The Azarbaijan Movement for Democracy and Integrity of Iran works for a democratic future chosen by the people of Iran, the equality of every citizen, and the preservation of Iran’s independence and territorial integrity. Until political organizations can work freely inside the country, its official center is in the diaspora.
The highest authority of the movement. It ordinarily meets every two years, elects the Central Council, and adopts the charter, bylaws, and program.
The Central Council includes the secretary-general, seven principal members, and two alternates, elected by Congress for two years.
Advisors are experienced members elected to give consultative opinions to the Central Council. They may attend organizational meetings without a vote.
The Executive Committee carries out the decisions of the Central Council and coordinates the movement’s day-to-day work.
Member work on this platform is organized through working committees. The starting list is Media and Communications, Political, Organization, and Executive. An administrator can edit that list. A committee that still has members cannot be deleted. These committees route internal tickets. They do not replace the organs named in the charter.
Request membership. The secretariat reviews each request before the account becomes active.
